T&S Group Consulting LLC ("T&S Group," "we," "us") operates tnsteam.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile phone number, email address, CDL class, driving experience, and route preferences. For carrier inquiries, we collect company name, contact name, phone, email, and staffing needs. We also record whether you consented to receive text messages, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use your information

• To review your application and match you with driving positions
• To contact you by phone, email, or text message (if you opted in) about your application, interviews, and onboarding
• To respond to carrier and general inquiries
• To keep records required to operate our recruiting business

Who we share information with

With your permission, we share a driver's application details (name, contact information, CDL class, and experience) with the specific trucking company being considered for that driver, so they can evaluate and hire them. We also use service providers that host our website, store form submissions, and deliver our phone and text messages; they process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Data retention and security

We keep application and inquiry information only as long as needed to provide recruiting services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing rec@tnsteam.com or calling (267) 331-2180.
